We might think we fit into a box, yet all humans have individual facets and dimensions. In fact, we are highly complex beings! These dimensions can be used to help us get through those tricky situations, including imposter syndrome and challenging situations.

So what is an alter ego and how do we use it?

All of us have gone into a meeting and been a bit worried, scared even. We’ve tried to brave it out but somehow not hit the right note. But what if we were James Bone, Superwoman, or Beyonce? Well, We’re here to tell you to channel that inner Beyonce!

The best way to make it is to fake it until you do. FInd the person that handles the situation well or the role model you wish you could be and then watch and listen. Identify how they handle the situations you want to improve on and then start using this to structure your alternate ego! Now we don’t mean copy them outright, we mean find out your own values and personality and then just turn the dial up a bit on those traits you admire.

These are skills actors have been using for millenia according to John Robinson! We want you to try this technique on for size and get back to use with your results!
