We run a Group Mentoring Programme specifically for Women in Leadership Positions.
We discuss challenges specific to women and how to overcome them. We bring in inspirational speakers to discuss confidence, public speaking, being authentically you and more specific challenges such as career breaks, maternity leave and we discuss how to work in a male dominated environment.
We have our very own safe space group on Linked in.
You will network with trailblazers and leaders in industry as you work through your deepest challenges to success. Zoom calls and targeted learning as well as peer support ensure you are not only held accountable, but that you get bespoke support.
We only take 20 applicants per quarter to ensure the right level of support is given to every individual. We pre-qualify all applicants before the course starts to understand their unique challenges so that the work we do is tailored and actionable for everyone.
