It can be hard to watch and analyse yourself right?
Personality assessments can help you understand yourself and your team better. This is essential because when you are dealing with others it’s inevitable that they will have different desires, values, and motivations to you. The key to unlocking teamwork is recognising this and then working with it.
If you and a team member differ on fundamentals it might not matter if there is another common area you get on. We are all humans on a basic level and we all have the same basic worries, needs, and desires.
It’s all about knowing who you are and how you fit into the team.
